This product works exactly as it says. I went vegetarian a few months ago, unaware that my vitamins lacked iron. After a few months, my symtoms were very bad, including: Extreme fatigue, muscle weakness, hard time swallowing, frontal headaches, brittle hair/falls out easily, abdominal pain, low immune system, unable to keep body temp, etc. I took a normal iron supplement at first, which had to be taken with Vitamin C and with food. I had an upset stomach everyday and diarreha. I researched Bifera and decided to try it and it works amazing! I have no side effects, do not need Vitamin C with it, or need to take it with food and I already feel 100 times better than I had with my previous supplements in the same amount of time. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for more energy or does not recieve enough iron. Bifera is the best out there!

I struggle with anemia and have taken many supplements. Bifera was the first tablet that I felt has helped me regain my iron reserve and the energy that comes with. I take Bifera, only Bifera daily now.

Part 1: I started taking Bifera 2 weeks ago as I have severe iron deficiency anemia. I have been receiving blood transfusions since December of 2008 and was due for another one when I learned of your product. I had tried taking other iron supplements but could not tolerate the side effects. My hemoglobin went from 8.2 to 9.3 in 2 weeks. Normally it would go down .5 every week.

Your product has surely saved my life as I couldn't get many more transfusions.

Part 2: I just had another blood draw today and it has gone up another .8. It’s simply miraculous. I do take 4 pills a day though since my iron level is so low (per doctor’s orders). It went up 1 gram though in the first week taking Bifera. My regular doctor was amazed. He wrote down thes name so he could tell other patients.

I have had absolutely no side effects whatsoever even with the large dosage. Hopefully you can get the word out to the medical doctors to recommend it to patients.

I have printed proof of my blood tests if anyone is skeptical. I cannot rave enough about Bifera. I am considering writing a book as I am in the printing business so more patients and doctors could be informed of its tremendous value. This product should replace all other iron supplements on the market.

This is the first iron I've taken that doesn't make me constipated or nauseous! I can take it with or without food and I feel great either way. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has tried iron in the past and couldn't tolerate the side-effects. This is totally different.

I just purchased Bifera after checking online for an iron supplement & discovered this page. I have been taking it daily for about a week now & I have already noticed the increase in energy. It does not make me feel sick in any way. I will be checking my hemoglobin soon to determine if it’s effective in that way.

I am a 45 year old female and last year I had noticed that my hair was thinning out at an increasing rate. No history of female pattern hair loss in the family. My overall general health was fairly poor with symptoms of hair loss, extreme fatigue, memory fogginess, aches and pains, rashes, heart palpitations the list went on and on. I scheduled an appointment with my GP for blood work. After months and months of seeing every doctor under the sun including a dermatologist, endocrinologist and gynocologist. She finally checked my iron! The results showed that I was extremely iron deficient although not anemic.

Through my own research on hair loss causes, iron deficiency is on the list. Ferritin levels need to be 50 to grow hair and 70 to maintain it. Studies have shown that women in age from 35-50 have iron deficiency problems. My ferritin level was 20, still in range of being OK, but on the lower side. She put me on Ferro Sequel tablets 50-100 mgs a day. My blood work levels would go to Alert Status in the binding area but remain low in the saturation levels. My ferritin levels continued to drop down to 11.

So I continued my research and I was understanding that I obviously have an absorption problem. Although I eat plenty of red meat and vegetables my body was obviously not absorbing the nutrients from my daily food intake. My GP sent me to a gastroenterologist. Barretts esophagus was the diagnosis. Celiac disease was ruled out with a biopsy.

Again, through my own research, I wanted to see what different types of iron pills were available that had better absorption. That's when I discovered BIFERA. So I decided to try it being it contained heme and non heme iron. I have been taking BIFERA for approximately 2 months now, and all my symptoms have mostly disappeared! My hair has started to regrow over the last few weeks!!! I had blood work repeated last month and the levels were all finally normal! My binding levels were within range and not thru the roof. My ferritin level even went up to 29!!!

I know I still have a long way to go, but I do believe that your product along with vitamins, has greatly aided me on my road to recovery from iron deficiency!!!!
I will continue using BIFERA and long as needed, and I will highly recommend it to anyone suffering from iron problems.
